Job summary

Tyne Housing Association Ltd is seeking an out-of-hours team member to join the security and housing support function in Newcastle. The role involves responding to calls, patrolling properties and monitoring CCTV to safeguard residents and properties.

You'll work on a 42-hour week with pattern of 3 x 12-hour night shifts, liaising with partners to address concerns and ensure wellbeing and safety. Full enhanced DBS may be required; CVs are not accepted.

Qualifications

• Experience in housing, support or security could be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Respond to calls and prioritise as necessary.
• Patrol Tyne properties.
• Monitor CCTV cameras.
• Conduct random property checks during shifts.
• Liaise with residents, services, agencies and contractors to ensure safety.
