Changing Lives is seeking a Night Shift Support Worker in Northumberland to provide housing support to service users during the night. You will work alongside a fellow staff member to ensure residents’ needs are met with compassion.

Based at The Woodlands Project, you will support 22 residents on-site and 16 in dispersed accommodation, on a rolling three-night pattern, contributing to a safe and supportive living environment.

Qualifications

• Night shift care and support skills.
• Ability to work in a team during night hours.
• Empathy and resilience for housing-related support.

Responsibilities

• Provide housing support to service users during night shifts.
• Collaborate with a second staff member to meet residents' needs.
• Support up to 22 residents at the project and 16 in dispersed accommodation.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming environment and document care as required.
