Qualifications

• Experience supervising production in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience supervising up to 50 staff within a site environment.
• Background in Food/FMCG manufacturing with HACCP training or certification.

Responsabilités

• Provide frontline management for production and packing across the site.
• Supervise up to 50 employees and coordinate shift activities.
• Ensure products are manufactured to the highest quality, with efficiency and minimal waste.
• Manage KPIs and implement lean manufacturing principles.
• Facilitate on-the-job training and skills development for team members.
