ETS Consulting Ltd is seeking a Night Shift Production Supervisor in Scunthorpe to lead frontline operations across production and packing, supervising up to 50 staff. You will drive quality, efficiency and lean processes, managing KPIs and ensuring HACCP standards are upheld.

The role offers training opportunities and a path to broaden skills within a secure, world-class FMCG environment.

• Background in Food/FMCG manufacturing with HACCP training or certification.

Production Supervisor

Salary: £41,000 + Pension + Benefits

Location: Scunthorpe

Night Shift Pattern - Monday to Friday - 10pm to 6am

The Role

My client is looking for a shift production supervisor to provide effective frontline management for site across production, packing, managing up to 50 employees. On a day to day basis, you will ensure products are manufactured to highest possible standard of quality, efficiency & with minimal wastage. You will also be responsible for managing KPIs whilst implementing lean manufacturing principles. There is a huge amount of training on offer, so the successful candidate will be in line to broaden their skills considerably.
