Job summary

Focal Systems is expanding UK operations and seeks a Field Service Team Lead to oversee nightly installations across customer sites. You will manage a team of Field Service Technicians, supervise camera hardware installation, and ensure high-quality deployment and timely handover to clients.

Role is 6-month fixed-term, 30 hours per week, primarily night shifts, with travel to sites and valid UK driving licence required.

Qualifications

• Proven Field Service Technician Experience, preferably including leadership or supervision.
• Strong technical aptitude with ability to diagnose hardware and software issues.
• Experience using power tools and installation equipment on site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a small team of Field Service Technicians on site.
• Install, mount, connect and configure camera hardware per company standards.
• Conduct pre-installation site checks and briefings to identify issues.
• Serve as primary on-site customer contact and ensure SLAs are met.
• Sign-off installations and maintain accurate records of work performed.
