Job summary

DSV - Global Transport and Logistics is recruiting for an Export Gateway Operator at our Heathrow Feltham location. The role involves handling export airfreight, coordinating bookings, and ensuring timely documentation, with a night shift pattern and potential hours until 4.00am.

You will work in a fast-paced gateway environment, liaising with airlines and internal teams, maintaining data accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Export air experience with carrier involvement.
• Knowledge of ULD planning for all aircraft types.
• Experience with Aero/Automotive/DG/Pharm products.
• Customer-focused with high service standards.
• Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure.
• Strong IT and communication skills (CW1 preferred).

Responsibilities

• Process and consolidate export airfreight shipments.
• Complete export docs (AWBs, manifests, customs entries) accurately.
• Coordinate with airlines/handling agents for bookings and space.
• Monitor shipment status and ensure data quality.
• Ensure regulatory compliance for origin/destination cargo.
