Job summary

DSV – Global transport and logistics in Heston is seeking an Operations Administrator to join the night-shift team. The role focuses on producing accurate shipping documents for aircraft spares, data management, and strong customer service for collecting agents.

You will work on a 19:00-07:00 rota (4 on, 4 off) and engage with systems to support logistics operations while complying with UK right-to-work checks and background references.

Qualifications

• Effective communication skills.
• Good mathematical skills to accurately handle calculations and data analysis.
• Exports and customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate shipping documents for distribution and export of aircraft spares to destinations globally.
• Update and utilise various systems to facilitate workflow and data management.
• Assist with data uploads to maintain records and support data-driven decisions.
• Provide excellent service to collecting agents upon arrival and ensure smooth handover of goods.
