Job summary

DSV is seeking an Export Gateway Operator – Nights at our Heathrow Feltham site. You will manage export airfreight tasks, handle documentation, liaise with airlines and internal teams, and monitor shipments through high‑pace operations.

We value accuracy, a customer‑focus mindset, and the ability to work nights and multi‑task effectively in a dynamic environment. Training provided for systems and procedures.

Qualifications

• Export air experience with carrier involvement.
• Knowledge of ULD planning/building for all aircraft types.
• Experience with DG/Pharma products is desirable.
• Customer focused with service delivery mindset.
• Ability to stay accurate and calm under pressure.
• Strong numeracy and attention to detail.
• Good IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Process and consolidate export airfreight shipments.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of export documentation.
• Liaise with airlines, handling agents and internal teams for bookings.
• Monitor shipment status in the system.
• Ensure compliance with security screening and regulatory requirements.
• Resolve operational issues to avoid delays.
• Maintain system data for cost control and communication with overseas offices.
