Job summary

Logix Recruitment Limited is recruiting a Export Solutions Operator for night operations in Cannock, working from 18:00 to 02:00 on a permanent basis. The role focuses on coordinating export and transport movements, preparing documentation, and ensuring timely shipments with compliance to customs requirements.

The ideal candidate will have solid export road freight experience, a strong grasp of UK customs procedures, and hands-on use of transport management systems.

Qualifications

• Previous export road freight experience is essential.
• Good understanding of UK customs procedures and international freight movements.
• Experience using transport management systems is required; knowledge of ETSF/customs warehousing or ASM Sequoia would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nightly export, import and transport operations.
• Prepare and process export and customs documentation.
• Manage trailer planning, departures and import releases.
• Investigate shipment discrepancies, damages and customs issues.
• Maintain accurate operational and shipment data.
• Communicate with networks, partners and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with customs and transport procedures.
