Job summary

Right Now Group are recruiting an experienced Air Export Gateway Clerk for a leading global logistics company in the Heathrow area. The role supports international freight movements, ensuring shipments are processed accurately, on time and in compliance.

Responsibilities include coordinating export gateway activity, consolidations, airline allocations and flight planning, while maintaining high standards of customer service and data accuracy.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in Air Export Operations
• Strong understanding of export procedures and customs documentation
• Experience with export consolidations and airline allocations is advantageous
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
• High accuracy, good numeracy and IT skills; ability to learn new systems quickly

Responsibilities

• Manage daily communication with customers, overseas partners and internal departments via email and telephone.
• Coordinate export gateway processes, including consolidations, airline allocations and flight planning.
• Ensure all export documentation is completed accurately and in line with airline and country requirements.
• Maintain accurate shipment data across company systems and assist with costing and invoicing.
• Support the Operations team in achieving daily KPIs and performance targets.
