Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Gloucester is seeking a Night Shift OMS Control Room Data Administrator to join our Central Control Hub. If you are highly analytical and comfortable working with data, this is the perfect opportunity to support operational performance in a fast-paced environment.

This permanent, full-time role involves collecting, cleansing, and analysing large data sets in Excel, building pivot tables and reports, identifying trends, and collaborating with site teams to drive improvements

Qualifications

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, conditional formatting, and data validation.
• Ability to analyse complex data sets and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Exceptional communication with site customers and stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Collecting, cleansing, and analysing large volumes of operational and productivity data using Microsoft Excel.
• Creating and maintaining Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts, and performance reports to monitor key metrics.
• Identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies to support operational decision-making.
• Working with operational teams to investigate performance issues and support root cause analysis.
• Troubleshooting system and equipment-related queries through data analysis and investigation.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven recommendations.
• Ensuring data accuracy and completing administrative reporting tasks to a high standard.
