DHL Supply Chain in Gloucester is seeking a Night Shift OMS Control Room Data Administrator. This role focuses on accurate reporting, data cleansing, and real-time problem solving to support operational performance.
You will collect and analyse large data sets using Excel, create pivot reports, and collaborate with site teams to investigate performance issues, driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.
Pay Rate: £27,449.50 + Night shift Premium
Grade: O
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: 8.5 night shift start times from 20:00 - 22:00

As a Control Room Colleague, you'll play a key role in supporting operational performance by providing accurate reporting, insightful analysis, and real-time problem solving.
Acting as a key point of contact for site customers and stakeholders, providing timely updates, responding to queries, and ensuring clear communication around operational performance and issues.
