Job summary

Places for People in Northwich is seeking Night Shift Customer Service Advisors to join a 24/7 contact centre. You will respond to inbound calls and emails, provide guidance, record interactions, and support colleagues with documentation during the night shift from 8pm to 8am.

The role includes a four-week daytime induction with a buddy, then transition to night shifts. Prior customer service is beneficial; full-time hours, with a supportive team and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and admin skills
• Strong listening and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to remain calm and professional in emergencies
• Confidence to carry out instructions quickly and accurately
• Good organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer contacts during the night shift by phone and email
• Handle emergency calls with professionalism and empathy
• Accurately record all customer interactions on our system
• Process documentation from customer contacts and pass to colleagues
• Respond to outstanding queries via email when not on calls
