Job summary

Work Strata are seeking motivated individuals to join our client’s well known business in their customer service department.

Customer Service advisors' daily responsibilities will include being a friendly first point of contact for our fantastic customers, confidently handle telephone enquiries, achieve targets and call communication levels, support you colleagues to ensure a strong team and maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.

Pay Rate:

£24,897 per annum

Shifts:

37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with shifts between 7:45 am and 7:45 pm
