Job summary

Ford & Slater Rugby in Leeds is seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to provide parts sales to customers face-to-face at the trade counter, via phone and online, while ensuring stock is replenished safely and efficiently.

You will work Tuesday to Friday, 6pm–6am, and must be PC literate with a full UK driving licence. The role offers career progression and a pension, with free parking available at Grangefield Industrial Estate.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Parts Advisor in HGV, commercial vehicle, motor trade or related sector.
• Experience in a Warehouse/Stores environment and passion for trucks/parts.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable working unsupervised on night shift.
• PC literate.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional parts sales service to internal and external customers face-to-face, at the trade counter, by phone and online.
• Efficiently replenish stocks in line with health and safety regulations; create new locations as needed.
• Promote and grow the parts business.
• Maintain records for service exchange parts supplied/returned.
