Job summary

Thornbury Community Services is seeking a Healthcare Assistant for complex home care in Ilford, nights only. You’ll support with medications, feedings and mobility, helping the client live independently at home while ensuring safety and dignity.

Ideal candidates are compassionate, resilient, with at least 12 months UK care experience, and comfort with night-time tasks in a domestic setting. Full training and ongoing night work are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months experience in UK care.
• Experience with medication administration, enteral feeding, and moving & handling.
• Compassionate and resilient with a client-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide night-time home care for an adult female client.
• Assist with medication administration and enteral feeding.
• Support moving, handling and personal care while ensuring safety.
• Build trusting relationships with client and family.
