Job summary

Advantage Healthcare in the United Kingdom is seeking a Complex Care Assistant to join our team. You will work across community and home settings, providing expert care support to clients with complex needs such as spinal injuries and tracheostomies, with full training and clinical support.

Shifts include Nights 8 pm–8 am and one day shift per week. You’ll develop skills daily and help make your clients’ days brighter while ensuring their safety and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a care assistant role is useful but otherwise, the care assistant skills and attributes needed are:
• Compassion
• Resilience

Responsibilities

• Provide complex care support including tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care.
• Support clients in community and home settings to promote independence and wellbeing.
• Receive full training and clinical support to develop skills in various complex areas.
