Job summary

Superior Healthcare is seeking care assistants to support clients in St Margaret’s Bay, near Dover, covering regular day or night shifts. You will join our complex care team and commit to 2x shifts per week, providing care to one client or a small number of clients in the community.

The role offers varied day/night/weekend shifts, thorough induction, ongoing paid training, and opportunities to work towards NVQ/Diploma. A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous care experience involving personal care.
• Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
• Must have right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Monitor seizures through the night.
• Administer medication.
• Assist with personal care and night/morning routines.
• Deliver person-centered care to clients.
• Support PEG feeding as required.
