Job summary

ACCURATE LASER CUTTING LTD in Worcestershire is seeking a CNC Laser Operator for the night shift to set and run laser cutting machines, ensuring high-quality parts.

You should have experience with CNC lasers (ideally Bystronic flat beds), be proactive, reliable and a strong team player, and possess good communication and safety mindset.

The role offers a competitive salary (£36k-£38k inc shift allowance) with bonus, overtime, onsite parking and opportunities to grow with a expanding company.

Qualifications

• Experience setting and operating CNC lasers, ideally Bystronic flat beds.
• Proactive, team player with strong communication skills.
• Punctual, reliable and flexible with a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Set and operate laser cutting machinery to high quality standards.
• Adhere to health and safety protocols and quality procedures.
• Work in a small, fast-paced production team on the night shift (6PM–6AM) Monday to Thursday.
