Job summary

Accurate Laser Cutting Ltd, based near Dudley in the West Midlands, is seeking a CNC Laser Operator for night shift. You will set and operate CNC laser cutting equipment, follow safety and quality procedures, and work within a compact, busy production team.

The role requires experience with CNC lasers (preferably Bystronic), reliability, and a flexible attitude. Onsite parking and a competitive package accompany this opportunity.

Qualifications

• Experience setting and operating CNC lasers, ideally Bystronic flat beds.
• Strong communication skills and reliability.
• Flexibility and willingness to learn; counterbalance FLT license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set and operate laser cutting machinery to high quality standards.
• Adhere to health and safety and quality checks.
• Work in a small but fast-paced production team.
