Job summary

Accurate Laser Cutting Ltd in the Dudley area is seeking a CNC Laser Operator for night shift to set and operate Bystronic laser cutting equipment. You will join a small but fast-paced production team, responsible for producing high‑quality parts, adhering to health and safety procedures, and following quality checks on parts as they are processed.

The role is based on site with paid overtime and a shift allowance.

Qualifications

• Experience setting and operating CNC lasers, ideally Bystronic flat beds.
• Proactive and able to work in a team.
• Strong communication skills.
• Punctual, reliable and flexible.
• Willing to continually learn and develop skills for the job.
• Counterbalance FLT license desirable.

Responsibilities

• Set and operate laser cutting machinery to a high standard of quality.
• Adhere to health and safety procedures.
• Follow quality procedure checks on parts as they are processed.

Salary: £36k-£38k (Inc shift allowance) + Bonus package

Established in 2005, we offer a bespoke laser cutting and forming service to a wide range of industries across the UK. Our laser cutting section is an exciting, varied and busy department. We deal with various engineering sectors & materials so the day to day role will always be diverse. Our convenient location, just on the outskirts of Dudley, West Midlands, means our premises are easily accessible via bus, car & train.

What are we looking for from a CNC Laser Operator?

• Will have experience of setting and operating CNC lasers, ideally Bystronic flat beds

• Ideally hold a counterbalance FLT license

The shift is -

6PM - 6AM Monday - Thursday
