Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in Aerospace/Engineering/Manufacturing is desirable.
• Familiarity with quality and manufacturing standards to meet targets.
• Ability to achieve first-time quality — "right first time".

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up laser cutting equipment per procedures.
• Read CNC code to set up and run machines.
• Use hand and air tools safely and correctly.
• Set up work holding and tooling as required.
• Perform laser cutting to match job card outputs.
• Maintain 5S standards and ensure tidy work areas.
• Complete TPM activities and accurate MRP documentation.
• Support continuous improvement and report non-conformances.
