Responsibilities

• Cooking freshly prepared meals and grab & go items for the next shift.
• Recruit, train and supervise catering staff and provide ongoing feedback.
• Monitor food quality, presentation and service standards to meet customer expectations.
• Coordinate delivery, setup and breakdown of catering equipment and oversee event flow.
• Address customer inquiries and dietary requirements with professionalism.
