Job summary

HC-One Limited is hiring a Care Assistant for 44 hours per week on night shifts. You will work under the guidance of a Registered Nurse to support residents’ personal care, meals and daily activities, helping them live with dignity and purpose.

You will contribute to safeguarding, build trusting relationships with residents and families, and participate in ongoing training to ensure compassionate, high‑quality care. A commitment to inclusivity and professional development is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in care setting preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with residents, families and colleagues.
• Commitment to safeguarding and resident dignity.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care such as washing, dressing, hygiene and meals under supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Support residents to participate in daily activities and maintain independence.
• Promote physical, emotional and social wellbeing of residents through compassionate care.
• Respond to residents with warmth and respect, ensuring individual preferences are honoured.
