Job summary

HC-One is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant for night shifts across dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care homes. You will work under the guidance of a Registered Nurse to support residents’ physical, emotional and social wellbeing, including personal care, meals, and daily activities.

You’ll deliver compassionate care while upholding residents’ individuality and dignity. The role emphasises safeguarding, continuous training, and participation in digital care planning as the service

Responsibilities

• Support the physical, emotional and social wellbeing of residents.
• Assist with personal care such as washing, dressing, hygiene and meals.
• Help with daily activities in the home.
• Safeguarding responsibilities and reporting concerns; participate in safeguarding training.
