Job summary

HC-One is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join our team in our dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care homes. You will support residents under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, assisting with personal care, meals and daily activities to promote dignity and wellbeing.

You will:

Deliver compassionate, person-centred care and uphold safeguarding practices, ensuring residents’ individuality is respected and valued at all times.

Qualifications

• Experience in caring for adults preferred.
• Ability to support personal care, hygiene and meals with dignity.
• Willingness to undertake safeguarding training and ongoing learning.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care, dressing, washing and meals.
• Support residents with daily activities and mobility under supervision.
• Provide compassionate, person-centred care to maintain residents’ wellbeing and dignity.
