Job summary

HC-One is seeking a Senior Care Assistant for night shifts (33 hours per week) to join our dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care homes. You will lead a team, ensure personalised care plans, and maintain excellent record-keeping while delivering compassionate, person-centred care to residents and their families.
