Job summary

TECNIQ in Witham is seeking a Trainee Carbon Trimmer for the night shift to join our Composites Department. You will trim composite components using air tools and hand tools, reading engineering drawings and contributing to meeting production deadlines.

As a trainee, you will work in a PPE-intensive environment and develop transferable skills. 5S standards and a safe, organized workspace are essential, with overtime available.

Qualifications

• Transferable skills including the use of air-powered tools.
• Willingness to learn new skills.
• Good hand-eye coordination.

Responsibilities

• Trim composite components by using air tools and hand tools to high level of accuracy.
• Read and interpret technical engineering drawings.
• Work to achieve production deadlines set for the department.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised work environment which conforms to 5S Principles.
