Reporting to the Composites Team Leader, you will follow detailed work instructions, bond components, drill and fit inserts, and perform finishing tasks to uphold quality standards. The role requires good manual dexterity and a conscientious approach to safety.

Qualifications

• Experience trimming composite components preferred.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and follow instructions.
• Capable of working independently or in a team with focus on accuracy.
• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail for tight tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Handcrafts and trims composite components using air cutting tools, ensuring precise cuts and dimensions.
• Prepares and bonds components using adhesives and fixtures, following established procedures.
• Executes drilling, tapping, and fitting inserts accurately as per project requirements.
• Performs finishing tasks on components prior to inspection, maintaining high-quality standards.
• Follows detailed work instructions and procedures provided by the team leader diligently.
