Job summary

GTS Group Ltd in Northamptonshire is seeking a Composite Trimmer (Carbon Fibre) to join the production team. The role involves trimming and finishing carbon fibre parts to draw­ings and quality standards, and preparing components for bonding, assembly or inspection.

Hours are Days, 8:30am–5:30pm, Monday to Friday. Salary is negotiable depending on experience and your carbon fibre or motorsport background may add value.

Qualifications

• Experience in composite trimming, finishing or similar hands-on manufacturing.
• Strong attention to detail and a "right first time" attitude.
• Confidence reading technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Trim and finish composite parts using hand and powered tools.
• Work to drawings and quality standards.
• Prepare components for bonding, assembly or inspection.
• Be part of a friendly, close-knit team.
