BP Retail is hiring a Customer Service Assistant - nights to join our store team near Warwick. You will welcome customers, answer questions, serve food and drinks from our Wild Bean Café, and help maintain a clean, safe store environment. You don’t need retail experience; full training is provided.

Qualifications

• Passion for customer service and ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willingness to learn and develop skills through online and on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Safety of yourself, colleagues and customers is the top priority in line with bp policies.
• Serve customers efficiently and address their needs promptly.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment in line with bp beliefs.
• Prepare and serve items from the Wild Bean Café.
• Take in deliveries, replenish stock and manage stock tasks.
• Support bp offers, promotions and the bp loyalty scheme.
• Carry out cleaning duties in store, facilities and forecourt.
