Job summary

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths preferred.
• Experience in a factory environment is beneficial.
• Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the baking process for loaf cakes, cake bars and flapjacks on a production line.
• Checking product quality throughout the shift to ensure tastiness.
• Maintaining equipment and machines in line with guides.
• Communicating with colleagues and training others when needed.
• Reviewing processes to maximise efficiency and minimise waste.
• Collaborating with colleagues to solve production issues.
