Job summary

Zanna Group Bakery in Manchester is seeking a hands-on Bakery Production Assistant for the night shift to help produce cookies and donuts, assist with prep, baking, finishing and packing, and ensure orders are ready for dispatch.

You will work at pace with accuracy, uphold food safety standards, maintain cleanliness, and support the team to complete all orders before collection.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Baker
• Proven experience in a commercial-style / wholesale bakery environment
• Comfortable working at pace while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Good understanding of fermentation, dough development, and batch production
• Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
• Organised, dependable, and a strong team player
• Punctual and reliable, with flexibility to meet early start times
