Job summary

b3 jobs ltd in West Sussex near Henfield is hiring a Skilled Baker to join a focused production team. You will follow company recipes, handle dough mixing, oven work and finishing bakery products to produce high-quality goods.

The role is night shift, 5 nights a week (8pm–5am) with one weekend off; salary £32,000 per annum depending on experience. On-site benefits include free food and parking, with 20 days' annual leave plus bank holidays.

Qualifications

• Strong team player with a passion for producing high-quality bakery products.
• Knowledge of baking methods including dough mixing, oven work and finishing bakery products.

Responsibilities

• Produce a range of bakery products to a high standard following recipe specifications.
• Prepare ingredients for mixing and be competent in hand moulding and dough mixing.
• Maintain awareness of the production plan and ensure it is met.
