Job summary

ABM UK operates the Heathrow PRS, and is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to lead a diverse night shift team delivering passenger support 365 days a year at Heathrow.

The Night Shift SDM will drive operational excellence, manage resources, and maintain a customer-focused culture while collaborating with airlines, ground handlers and airport authorities to exceed client expectations and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing teams in fast-paced operational environments.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Experience guiding HR processes from hiring to disciplinary actions.
• Basic IT skills for operational reporting.
• Reliable, punctual, and well-presented professional.

Responsibilities

• Take confident control of daily operation to meet SLAs.
• Oversee flight off-loading/on-loading and track milestones.
• Build collaborative partnerships with airlines, handlers and airport authorities.
• Manage your team through the HR lifecycle and investigations.
• Ensure robust daily handovers and detailed incident reports.
