Job summary

RDCP Care Limited is seeking a dedicated Senior Care Assistant (Nights) for Coton Grange in Wolverhampton. You will supervise the care team, support residents with dignity and respect, and help deliver high-quality, person-centred care on night shifts.

Experience in care and completion or progress toward NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care is required. You will join a supportive team committed to safety, DBS checks completed, and a respectful, home-like environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in care roles and supervision is essential.
• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or working towards) required.
• Strong focus on person-centred care and safety.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the care team to ensure high-quality care.
• Contribute to care plans and participate in care reviews.
• Ensure safe storage, documentation and administration of medications.
• Assist residents with daily activities including hygiene, mobility and nutrition.
• Monitor residents' health and wellbeing and report concerns.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and accurate records.
• Support a warm, respectful and homely environment.
