Job summary

Senior Care Assistant - Nights at Poets Mews Care Home in Somerset, Avery Healthcare, is seeking a warm and dedicated individual to join our award-winning team. You will work 19:45–08:00, including weekends, to deliver high standards of personal care while creating a safe, supportive environment for residents, visitors and staff.

Essential requirements include NVQ Level 3 in care, at least two years' experience in a similar setting, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of personal care to residents.
• Support the care team to maintain a safe, caring and inclusive environment.
• Monitor residents' wellbeing and update care plans and records as needed.
• Assist with medication responsibilities as required.
• Provide staff supervision and support development where required.
