ABOUT THE ROLE

Your focus as a Senior Care Assistant will be to support and work alongside the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care, providing a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors and staff. Other responsibilities will include: Monitoring the wellbeing of each resident, being aware of any change impacting on care and care plans, ensuring that new needs are met, and written records are amended to reflect any variation., As a Senior Care Assistant - Nights at Poets Mews Care Home, you will become a vital part of the team, ensuring the well-being of residents while delivering high standards of personal care. This position requires supporting and working alongside the Care team to create a safe, caring, and inclusive environment. Key responsibilities include monitoring residents well-being, managing care plans, and supporting medication requirements. The role also involves undertaking staff supervisions and being a key point of contact for residents, their families, and health professionals.
