Job summary

Riverside is seeking a Night Assistant at Rose Brae, Wirral. You will perform night safety tasks, operate security, fire and telephone systems, and support customers while a team ensures security and high-quality service.

The role requires experience with vulnerable groups, ability to lone work at night, and basic IT skills including Word and Excel; full-time, permanent contract, 37.5 hours per week, 4 nights on 4 nights off.

Qualifications

• Experience with vulnerable client groups.
• Ability to lone work at night.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) and willingness to learn Riverside IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate night security, fire and telephone systems and monitor safety and security of the service.
• Maintain a welcoming Reception area and assist customers during night shifts.
• Respond to incidents, reports and repairs and complete checks of the property.
