Job summary

Riverside is hiring a Night Assistant at The Stages Academy, Middlesbrough, to cover 9pm–7am rolling rota. The role focuses on safety, security and delivering high-quality service during night hours, operating security, fire and telephone systems, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment for customers.

You will work as part of a committed team, have experience with lone night work and vulnerable clients, and possess basic IT skills.

Qualifications

• Experience of and the ability to lone work at night.
• Experience working with vulnerable client groups.
• IT skills including Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) and willingness to learn Riverside IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate night security, fire and telephone systems to ensure safety.
• Monitor health & safety and report issues per procedure.
• Provide customer service with tenancy-related queries.
• Clean rooms and communal areas and perform required checks.
