Job summary

Riverside is hiring a Night Assistant at Old Tea Warehouse, High Wycombe. The role covers night security, housing support, and diverse administrative tasks within a defined geographical area and housing schemes.

You will work 37.5 hours per week, on a 4 nights on/4 nights off pattern, with a permanent contract and a base salary plus a 10% night allowance. Riverside offers generous holidays and a supportive development environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with working with vulnerable client groups.
• IT Skills to include basic proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel and willingness to learn IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering high-quality support, security and housing services.
• Maintain cleanliness within schemes and assist with room preparations.
• Record information in Support and Housing Management databases.
• Provide administrative support to Housing Team and Service Managers.
