Job summary

Riverside is seeking a Night Assistant to join our Wirral-based team. This permanent role involves 37.5 hours per week, working a 4 nights on, 4 nights off pattern, with a salary of £26,227.50 annually plus 10% night allowance. Location is Rose Brae, Wirral.

Your duties include night-time safety, security checks, and assisting residents with tenancy-related needs. Applicants should have experience with vulnerable client groups, be able to work lone nights, and possess basic IT skills

Qualifications

• Experience working with vulnerable client groups.
• Ability to lone work at night.
• IT skills to include basic proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Operate and implement night security, fire and telephone systems to ensure safety and security.
• Clean and maintain communal areas as required and report repairs.
• Provide effective customer service for tenancy-related inquiries and information logging.
