Job summary

Rendall & Rittner is recruiting a Night Security Officer for White City Living in London. You will safeguard residents, staff and privileged spaces, monitor access points and CCTV, and respond calmly to incidents across the premium estate.

The role is full-time with a 4 days on / 4 days off pattern (1900–0700). The package includes pension, training, and employee benefits in a dynamic, high-profile environment.

Qualifications

• Security, concierge or customer service experience in residential or hospitality settings.
• Familiarity with CCTV systems, access control and incident reporting.
• Experience working to safety procedures and escalation protocols.
• Confident dealing with emergencies and handling sensitive situations.
• Comfortable working structured shift patterns with thorough handovers.

Responsibilities

• Control access and monitor CCTV to ensure authorised entry.
• Conduct internal and external patrols of the development and car parks.
• Respond to alarms, incidents and resident queries with professionalism.
• Manage keys, deliveries and contractor sign-in in line with procedures.
• Complete detailed logs, reports and handovers for each shift.
• Support fire, health and safety checks and escalate issues promptly.
