Job summary

Key Community is recruiting a Night Security & Concierge Worker to provide a calm, secure overnight presence for young people leaving care. The role is a sleeping-night position within the Leaving Care Project at Flavia & Strickland, requiring an Enhanced DBS and contributing to safety, housing management and property-related tasks.

The post operates across a 7-day rolling rota, with overtime available and a 37+ hour minimum.

• Enhanced DBS required.

• Provide a calm, consistent night-time presence for young people aged 16+ leaving care and living at Flavia and Strickland.
• Ensure safety, security, housing management and property-related functions.
• Role does not include personal care or individual support.
