Job summary

BP Retail is seeking a Customer Service Assistant for night shifts at its convenience stores across the UK. You will help customers with their needs and work with a close-knit team to maintain a welcoming store environment.

The role includes serving food and drinks from the Wild Bean Café, stock replenishment, and supporting promotions and loyalty schemes, while prioritising safety and customer care.

Qualifications

• Passion for customer service and working in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Online and on-the-job training will be provided to help you develop the skills needed.
• No prior retail experience required.

Responsibilities
