Job summary

bp retail is seeking a dedicated customer service assistant to cover nights in a fast-paced store. You will help customers, support the team, and uphold bp’s safety standards in every shift.

No prior retail experience is required as online and on-the-job training is provided, with opportunities for progression and a range of employee benefits including discounts, wellbeing services and a pension scheme.

Responsibilities

• Making sure that safety of yourself, your colleagues, and the customer, in line with bp policies and procedures, is your top priority
• Serving customers efficiently, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively
• Fostering a positive and inclusive work environment, in line with bp beliefs
• Preparing and serving food and drink items from our Wild Bean Café
• Taking in deliveries, replenishing stock and stock management tasks
• Being proactive with supporting bp’s offers, promotions and bp loyalty scheme
• Carrying out cleaning duties in all aspects of the store, facilities, and forecourt
