Job summary

Farmfield Hospital in Charlwood seeks a Night Receptionist to warmly greet visitors, manage diaries for meetings and events, and efficiently handle calls, emails and post. You will help ensure a secure, well-organised reception area while supporting the night team.

The role involves handling security checks, visitor sign-ins and coordinating with the Night Manager, with opportunities for development within Elysium Healthcare’s network.

Qualifications

• GCSE English Language grade C or above.
• Be efficient and enthusiastic.
• Ability to work with a team and independently.

• Understanding confidentiality and security.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all visitors in a friendly manner and sign the visitor book.
• Maintain the reception area and meeting rooms to be presentable.
• Manage the diary for meetings, events, training days and therapy sessions.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of the service.
• Receive and handle telephone calls, emails and post.
• Ad hoc administration tasks.
• Manage deliveries.
• Security walks and night checks.
