Job summary

The Park Royal Hotel & Spa, located just outside Warrington, is seeking a dedicated Night Receptionist to welcome guests on arrival, check guests in and out, and handle enquiries and complaints with a friendly, professional manner.

You'll work the night shift in a busy 4-star property offering leisure facilities, dining options, and events spaces; a passion for guest service and a courteous attitude will help you thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
• Courteous and pleasant attitude.
• Conflict resolution experience.

Responsibilities

• You’ll manage the reception during the night, greeting guests upon arrival, administering check ins and check outs and ensuring all guest enquires/complaints are dealt with in a friendly and professional manner, always ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.

What will I do?
