The QHotels Collection in Cambourne is seeking a Night Receptionist to manage the reception during the night, greet guests on arrival, handle check‑ins and check‑outs, and respond to guest enquiries in a friendly, professional manner to ensure satisfaction throughout their stay. The role requires a calm, courteous manner with the ability to work with minimal supervision and resolve conflicts.

What will I do?

• You’llmanage the reception during the night, greeting guests upon arrival, administering check ins and checkouts and ensuring all guest enquires/complaints are dealt with in a friendly and professional manner, always ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
