Salary
The potential earnings for this role are £12.80 per hour, comprising a base of £12.21 plus an estimated gratuity of £0.59 per hour.

About The Role
This role is on a zero-hours contract, primarily for three to four nights a week, with opportunities for additional hours to cover holidays. The shifts are overnight, from 10 pm to 6:30 am.

As a Receptionist, your priority will be to deliver an outstanding impression to all guests arriving and departing. No task is too big or small when it comes to guest needs.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring the smooth operation of reception daily
• Registering guests, checking them out, and depositing valuables
• Issuing keys while adhering to hotel policies
• Providing excellent guest service, resolving issues, and enhancing guest experiences

About You

• Excellent customer service skills and a genuine desire to deliver memorable experiences
• Experience in a hotel environment is preferred but not essential
• Experience with Opera PMS is advantageous but not required
